Asbestos Contracts Manager

Asgen Limited are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager, demonstrating a minimum 4 years’ experience within the asbestos management  to join their existing team based in Essex.

Role will include managing teams of Removals Supervisors and Operatives throughout South of England, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering multiple contracts within the asbestos removal business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of customer/client relationships, managing measured term contracts, scoping works, pricing projects adhering to all the technical and legislative aspects of the business including health, safety, quality and environmental issues. The ability to multi-task and enjoy working under pressure to meet strict deadlines whilst taking overall responsibility for each contract is important.

Successful candidates will be confident and demonstrate excellent customer service & interpersonal skills both in person, by telephone and/or written communication.

Candidates must have experience delivering plans of work, submitting ASB5’s, use of Visio, Word & Excel.
