Key Responsibilities:
– Effectively manage and coordinate contracts within the Asbestos industry, both locally in the East Midlands and throughout the UK
– Collaborate with our Contract Manager/Director to ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer satisfaction
– Utilise your expertise in the Asbestos industry to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and safety standards
– Take ownership of projects, leading and guiding our onsite teams to successful completion
– Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a point of contact for clients and addressing any concerns or issues effectively

Requirements:
– Valid Contract Manager Certification within the Asbestos industry is essential
– Proven experience in managing contracts related to asbestos removal or abatement
– Full clean driving license required
– Ability to work independently and use your own initiative while also being a team player
– Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
