The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading large teams and having a large portfolio of clients. Experience in seeing opportunities and growing revenue through client relationships and understanding where projects can achieve higher revenue through offering additional services. A history on winning work on this basis ranging from £10,000 to £1,500,000 in all aspects of asbestos removal types and techniques. A good understanding and standard upon your ability to generate & convert leads is needed to be successful in this position.
We are expecting all candidates to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience viewing and providing written quotations for asbestos removals to customers, including a track record of accurate costing for projects – taking into consideration time, labour, materials, and equipment. You will be tracked & assessed to assist and fulfil the compilation of written plans of work and risk assessments that are compliant with company procedures. Our head office is in Canterbury, Kent and our ideal candidate is within 1 hour of driving distance.
