About the Role

We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to help keep our projects running smoothly and on time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of scheduling jobs, dealing with clients and tenants, and making sure all paperwork and arrangements are in order. You’ll need to be organised, confident on the phone, and able to support both office and site teams with whatever comes up.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail for all tasks.
  2. Schedule jobs and prepare work schedules to keep projects on track.
  3. Arrange appointments for site visits, surveys, and other project needs.
  4. Deal with client queries quickly and professionally.
  5. Handle tenant queries, including phoning tenants and sending letters.
  6. Assist site teams with access issues and coordination.
  7. Arrange air testing for licensed asbestos work.
  8. Prepare non-notifiable RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  9. Generate purchase orders and process them accurately.
  10. Book van collections for asbestos waste disposal.
  11. Provide day-to-day support to the Contracts Directors and Operations Manager.
  12. Carry out any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills, with confidence dealing with both clients and tenants.
  • Computer literate – comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car – the office is based on an industrial estate with limited public transport options.
  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible attitude, willing to take on a variety of tasks.

 Desirable Experience

  • Experience in construction, asbestos removal, or facilities management.
  • Previous role in administration, scheduling, or project support.
  • Familiarity with contracts administration or site paperwork.
