AA Woods is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role, managing asbestos removal projects and ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of Asbestos Operatives & Supervisors
- Oversee and deliver measured term contracts
- Manage pricing and commercial aspects of projects
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards

The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience delivering measured term contracts
- Demonstrate excellent staff management and leadership skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be commercially aware with experience in pricing works
- Show commitment to high-quality service delivery
