About Us

Asbestos Assist is a leading site auditing and training service provider for the asbestos removal industry. We help contractors maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance through detailed audits, CPD-certified training, and NVQ qualifications.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced individual to take on a crucial role within our business, overseeing sales, site audits, training assessments, and overall operations.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of Asbestos Assist, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits, training, and client support. You’ll be involved in:

Sales & Business Development – Engaging with licensed contractors, promoting our services, and driving business growth.

Site Audits & Compliance – Conducting or overseeing asbestos site audits on behalf of our clients.

NVQ Assessments – Managing and supporting operatives through the NVQ Level 2 Diploma process.

Industry Engagement – Working with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to enhance our service offering.

Social Media & Marketing – Managing our online presence, promoting services, and engaging with clients.

Customer Service & Administration – Handling enquiries, invoicing, issuing certificates, and maintaining records.

What We’re Looking For

βœ… Experience in the asbestos industry (auditing, training, NVQ assessments, or compliance roles preferred).

βœ… Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

βœ… Sales and business development experience, with a proactive approach to engaging new clients.

βœ… Knowledge of asbestos regulations and industry standards.

βœ… A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, industry bodies, and operatives.

βœ… Social media and marketing experience (basic understanding of digital engagement is a bonus).

βœ… Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
