Our team at Reactive Compliance UK are seeking Asbestos Surveyors on a full-time permanent basis in Manchester, North West. Asbestos Surveyors will be supporting domestic, commercial & industrial clients on a range of sites. It would be requirement for you to hold a P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying, P405 is also desirable. Site experience is required. Asbestos Surveyor Responsibilities: Attend clients sites to carry out asbestos surveying work including taking bulk samples; compiling & completing asbestos reports using surveying software. Completion of building layout drawings etc. Being able to carry out a range of asbestos reports including bulk sampling reports, management and refurbishment & demolition surveys. Being proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time and target dates are maintained within all areas of the business. Upholding our Code of Conduct and the requirements of the company when visiting clients at all times. Working safely as part of a team or as an individual. Must have a good understanding of relevant legislation (HSG264, HSG247, HSG248, CAR 2012) Asbestos Surveyor Requirement: Minimum of 6 months experience working in a UKAS accredited environment 2 year experience as Asbestos Surveyor (Desirable) P402 Qualification or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying (Mandatory) / P403 & P404 & P405 (Desirable) Full Driving Licence (clean driving license desired) Salary band £30,000 - £35, 000 experience based.
